Abstract:
This abstract summarizes critical insights from the manuscript, focusing on lessons learned in neonatal disaster response. Themanuscript emphasizes the multifaceted challenges in such scenarios, including environmental issues, clinical care considerations, staffing concerns, communication difficulties, simulation needs, government agency collaboration, and comprehensive planning. Adopting a broader perspective and collaborating with experts from various fields to enhance neonatal disaster preparedness is highlighted. The structured process of lessons learned is emphasized, especially the analysis of observed data, the formulation of corrective actions and recommendations, and the integrating of diverse perspectives and expertise. Ultimately, the goal is to reduce potential failures and improve the survivability of neonates during disasters.
